Honwave/SIB Anchor Roller

I'm thinking of getting some sort of anchor roller or guide for the anchor chain and rope for my Honwave T38. I'm a bit worried of damaging the tubes lowering the anchor across the tubes. Also someone falling head first overboard.

Does anyone have similar? Any particular ones to recommend?

My Excel SIB had one and it was next to useless. Too much faff. Tied off from the front bow ring/painter line but preferred to anchor from the stern over the transom. Kept the anchor and rope in a horse feed bucket back there.
