Honwave T40 owners

I bought a Honwave T40 at the weekend with the front wood section of the floor is missing, are there any T40 owners who could make me a template of just the front wooden section so i can make one to fit. I could probably make one somewhere near without but fearing if its slighlty too big might rub through the tubes or put too much stress on the seams

Making the front piece is easy, it doesnt even have to be exact measurements. The problem will be finding the joining piece to attach it to the 1st piece of aluminium deck.(Unless you are lucky and its still attached).

Just measure the size and make it out of 9mm ply, make sure you round the edges off to minimise rubbing. Honestly its easy, took me less than an hour to do, just dont forget to cut a hole for the keel valve.

Yeah i think i will make one, phoned a couple of dealers today and rang a couple more aswell and i've had no reply off any of them

I'll pop to wickes for some marine ply tomorrow and i have some lovely moisture cure paint left over from the last time we painted the factory floor which will look almost original as its a siimilar grey
