Honwave with 4 Wheels!!

HI all, spotted this listing on ebay for a Honwave T38, there is another set of wheels attached with an axle, i have never seen these before, where can i get a set from?

Have any of you seen these wheels before?

Update, the seller on Ebay was helpful and passed on more pics, he also states that he
got them from a hand pushed salt spreader and than got the stainless shaft and drilled e holes so it would connect with the original honwave wheel clips



Overall im impressed worth a share for sure seems like a good fix.

Not seen those before, but I would guess they are custom made with a piece of tube slide over the original solid axel with a stainless washer welded on to hold the wheel,might be of use when wheeling the sib around but how would you ever get them up upon launching
