Found it. Given how well it's hidden itself, it must be scared of Oldman.

In the Cotswolds we now call these bits 'wilding projects' and make fanciful claims that they've taken us decades of caring graft to create.

We call them "too much fishing"
If anyone is in need it looks like Boatworlds supply of Elling KB 350's has been replenished, looks to be 11 in stock for dispatch.

Steve, I think I've some of the blue piping lying around but hidden where dumpster divers can't nick it. If I have then I'd be happy to cut a couple of bits off and stick them in the post.

Thanks Tim, arrived today I definitely owe you a pint or two.
Diane's birthday on Friday, so when an 8" long 2" diameter package arrived ........................

Glad it's arrived. Beer must be nice and cheap up your way
I'm sure Diane fully appreciates that a happy husband is the best gift a wife could ask for? 'ducks'

Had a spare 10 mins today so I fitted the "blue pipe" sleeves to the transom wheel stub axles. Very impressed, it's as though they were specifically designed for the job.
Thanks Oldman2 for the idea.
Thanks Tim for the blue pipe.
Thanks Wazzajnr for the offer of printing some sleeves.

Some idle musings from Sunday's trip out:
The new wheels, 260mm pneumatics, are vastly superior to the original 200mm solid wheels that came with the mounting hardware. I was able to pull the boat up a fairly rough concrete ramp quite easily on my own.
I set the new pump up with my old 7ah fishfinder battery, and this worked extremely well on the ramp. Particularly useful as it wasn't possible to park within cable distance of where we set up, which was behind a locked gate.
Less good news is that I bought myself a LiFePO4 7ah to replace the lead acid I am now using in the pump. This worked fine, but still only gave me 5 hours with my Lowrance HDS 3/Totalscan transducer combo. Admittedly I did have the screen on full brightness (it was very sunny), but I was hoping for a bit more. That's only a slight improvement on the lead acid, which should (in theory) cut out at about 50% charge as the voltage drops too much for the fishfinder. The mode of failure is very different with the LiFePo; the unit simply switches off. On the old lead acid, I'd get flaky behaviour (flickering screen etc) as the voltage dropped, before it finally switched off.
Big news: we got on the plane 2 up (12 + 14 stone) with the new 7 inch prop. Only briefly, and not in a sustained way, but it was still quite exciting. I still haven't tested this on my own, but now very confident I'll be planing quite happily. Logged 18.5km/h on the GPS at peak.
Anyway, a great day out from a new ramp in glass out conditions for much of it, with many bass caught!

Perhaps your unit is a heavy user but my Garmin plotted/sounder would last well over 5hrs with a standard 7AH so that LiFe seems poor.
A good set of wheels are like chalk and cheese to smaller/iffy ones.
Glad the new prop was a success.

18.5 kph is a fair turn of speed 2 up with a6hp, you must be pleased with that?
What size was your original prop?

Well 1.3A current draw apparently, so it does make sense - but I must admit I was hoping for more. Never mind, can always get another 7ah I suppose and pair in parallel. TBH 5 hours is a fairly long day for me anyway, but it would be nice to have the option. I actually make my living writing PC software for sounders, so I have a fair few to choose from - I can always take a smaller one out for long days I suppose.

Original prop was 8 inch pitch, and there was no noticeable increase in revs beyond perhaps 3/4 throttle. The 7 is markedly more free revving, and a better fit I am sure. "Planing" happened gliding down the front of small, wide and very smooth swells, so it wasn't sustained but the shift was noticeable and probably a little faster than the 18.5km/h, which was sustained but wasn't quite on top IMO (but very close). I must admit it is a bit tantalising because, although I am very happy with the performance of the 6 (and didn't expect any more, or even this much), it would be so, so nice with a 10!!

Great to hear you’re back on the water Mattster.
Finally got the Elling wet on Sunday after family, weddings, business , weather and tides have done their best to keep me on dry land! Grabbed a few hours in Langstone Harbour just to familiarise myself with the Elling: wow, really impressed! Easy to manage solo, very stable and so much room! Threw the 6hp 4 stroke on the back and popped up on the plane very easily although only briefly as in the Harbour. Would have been out longer had the Bravo pump not given up part way through inflating: stirrup pump in 25 degrees heat was not fun! New pump should be here today so hoping to get out this weekend with the 9.8 subject to weather.
Failing that, got a week beginning of October in a cottage with private launch onto Lake Windermere.
Summary: Cracking craft and itching to use it more now things and my life seem to be returning to a bit of normality. I’ll even try and remember the GoPro next time!

Great to hear you have finally got out Gary! I was wondering what you were up to and was about to drop you a message..
Sounds like the Elling is going to absolutely fly with the 10 on the back, you need to get yourself out of the harbour speed limits and give it a proper go!
We were down at Selsey again, trying a (slightly illicit) ramp on the west side of the point for the first time, which worked well (if a little slippy when wet). Conditions were unbelievable by the end of the day, and the fishing was decent. We'll have to sort that trip out soon!

Gary pleased to hear you got out with the Elling finally and are happy with it for your use.
Was that a new Bravo that failed? What happened?
What a pain about the Icom. I choose to wear a 70N kayak style BA with front pockets and the radio sits in one of these but on a lanyard to a fixing loop on the BA.

Hi Gary, don't forget you need to register your Elling for Widermere and display the numbers in a very prominent position. It's a hefty fine if you don't.

Thanks Steve. Registered and numbers received. All mounted on boards which will be fixed on the tubes: didn’t want to stick them direct for just a week!

The Elling exceeds my expectations: love it.
Bravo is just out of warranty so not new. Two new 7ah batteries but must be something else. Does when switching to second stage. I’ll have a proper investigation when I get time. New Sevylor arrived today (thanks Chipko for the feedback!) which was a great price from GB Outdoors. Tested it on the floor and works fine. I may replace the Bravo as well and hoping there are some deals at the Southampton Boat Show next week!
VHF, yep, a pain. I do same as you but moved it onto the tube ‘strap’ and tied on with the lanyard whilst I was adjusting the outboard pitch. Neglected to move it back so it’s now on ‘holiday’ in the Solent or IOW! C’est la vie. Fortunatley it wasn’t new but had DSC. Solent Coastguard informed and given my MMSI just in case.
