Hope Cove

Good morning
We are looking at options to leave/moor our boats(Honwave T38s x 3)
in The Salcombe Area. The Harbour itself seem quite expensive but we’ve heard that Hope Cove might be a possibility especially as it’s nearer our camp site? Has anyone been there and done that or suggest anywhere else within easy reach of Salcombe? Thanks in advance.

Whilst I agree Salcombe is expensive, it does have the advantage of being usable for the duration of your holiday. I was down that way last year, and there wasn't a single day during the 2 weeks that I would have been able to launch a Hope Cove.
I launched daily at Kingsbridge, Totnes and Dittisham.
I think Kingsbridge has visitors moorings, but it does dry out.

From memory hope cove dries out so you might have a good way to get to the water depending on tide state, ramillies cove is a must on a calm day.
