It depends!
Sea Lochs (e.g. Loch Fyne; Loch Long; Loch Sween; Loch Sunart; Loch Melfort and numerous others which are all accessible by SIB) - can be quite sheltered but are still the Sea so generally there is no speed limit. In some cases there may be a very local speed limit with a harbour area - but none I can think of which will restrict your sibbing fun.
Inland Lochs - whilst there are loads of these only a small proportion are routinely used by powered craft (except for maybe the odd angler) - the most obvious ones are: Loch Ken, Loch Lomond, Loch Ness, Loch Lochy, Loch Oich, Loch Tay and Loch Awe. I may have missed some others where a SIB would be welcome (but the rights of access which allow us to walk/cycle/canoe/sail 'almost anywhere' do not apply to powered craft).
Loch Ken - most of loch 10 mph (except water ski area).
Loch Lomond - most of loch 56 mph, some other areas (mostly 150m from shore) 6 mph.
Loch Ness/Lochy/Oich (which form part of the Caledonian Canal) - no limit - canal sections between loch has limits.
Loch Tay - as far as I know - no limit - but there may be some voluntary code?
Loch Awe - 10 knots, 5 knots close to shore (may be voluntary?)
