Hull Drain Flap Valve

I have a BWM 5.75 Dive RIB with a leaking flap valve fitted in the centre of the transom at low level, directly behind the outboard.
If the boat is left in the water on a pontoon or mooring, it will fill up over a period of eight hours until the tubes stop it filling any further. On removal, the fibre ball that creates the seal when held in place by water pressure, shows signs of wear and ideally needs replacing. The boat is quite old and I am struggling to find spares, does anybody know where I might acquire a new valve from?

Unfortunately there is an aluminium plate directly behind the valve to restrict its movement, it also restricts access to the drain hole.

I've tried wedges pushed in each side to help seal it and it slows the leakage down but ideally, I need to replace the valve.
