Anyone with any experience of areas suited to sibbing? I expect by then we'll have a 3.2-3.4m SIB with 8/10hp outboard.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Do a Google images search for Bunaninver, County Donegal. Lovely place, safe for SIBs, island hopping and shelter from the Atlantic via the islands. Music in the pubs and people friendly. I am only a wee bit biased!
