It's even harder to convince them you definitely don't owe them money when they tell you that you do.
18 month of a very stressful investigation, financial life turned upside down, to be told "we are not progressing our investigation, the case is now closed"

No problem James..only to happy to help.

Just as I got home from the boating trip up the loch the other day ..the clouds started forming over the mountains. They create their own micro climate and that is often rain with squalls strong enough to make water spouts 20 feet or so high ... swirl across the loch surface .. it has poured ever since.

This is the view from the side of my house that day ..and when I can see the hollow mountain again..I will happily get the boat going again.... its a hard life being retired and living beside the Styx
