Jockey Position 4.8m Sib

Hi,
Looking for some advice for the best position for a jockey console on a 4.8m Sib with 40hp 2 stroke. I will have two 20l petrol tanks under the seat.
Using the boat for a bit of fishing and also towing donut, kneeboard etc
Bow to transom is 3320 , console is 1100.
I have read few things and my initial thoughts are 2000 to the centre of the console(this is approx seating position)
Any help would be appreciated.
