Have a similarly heavy SIB and purchased an easy to assemble Wheeleze cart for the beach. The beach we use it on is very soft with a relatively steep grade (bad conditions). Two fit people can barely do it. Three people isn’t too bad. Because of the weight and soft sand, we have bent axles a couple times (cheap and easy to replace). If you have a somewhat firm, relatively flat surface to the water, this option would work for two people.

Anyone would think you're not keen on SIBs Limecc?

Now I've got over the trauma I'd consider a nice small SIB to use with the aux engine from my main boat.

Steady on! You're going to lose your credibility if you carry on talking like that!

Yes. If it must stay on a trailer then why not rigid!

Thanks for sharing your experience. We have a long coastline here. Some parts in a fishing village are nice and firm! Will try it.

Use google maps satellite view and find a spot where you can park close to the water. If you can't park close, at least get the car as close to the water as you can...drop everything off... then park the car wherever you want. The goal is to drop off all your heavy gear as close to the water as possible, reducing the distance you have to manually carry everything.
From the drop off spot , carry all the equipment as close to the water's edge as possible, and setup on the beach. Carry the boat , outboard, floorboards separately. As long as the parts are separate, it's possible for one person manage everything by himself without transom wheels.
Inflate the boat, put it in the water and drop an anchor. Load the outboard while your boat is in the water, connect your gas and you're good to go.
Reverse the process to pack up. Simple.

Hi, in a fishing village a few minutes away, I can drive upto the edge of the water. Will try there.
What's the size of your boat?

Cost, sibs are budget boats for most people.

This.
Also:
Space. At present, the average price for parking space in condos in the downtown core is between $50,000 and $70,000.

Hi mate
I have a Yam 380s which weighs in around 71kg and a Yamaha 20hp 4 stroke that weighs in at 59 kg, we have the Trem HD transom wheels and it works brilliantly even with a tank of fuel plus extra seat and various bits. So we probably sit at about 150kg.
The Trem HD’s are rated to about 180kg I believe.

I launch and recover single handed on most launch’s as well while the family are running around lol.
I really wanted to Genuine Beachmasters but they can be expensive getting them delivered from NZ but they are rated up to 200kg

Large sibs have a place, cost is a factor, but also storage and weight.
its a shame its so hard to upload photos here, I have some photos of my home made launching trolley.

If I can do it, it can't be hard!

Yes the Volante 390. It's close but still have full movement of the main engine. And the aux misses the tubes can can be used without adjustment.
