Lifeguard equipment sib

I have got a lifeguard equipment limited 4m sib from 1984. Can anyone tell me if it is hypalon or pvc please? Many thanks

Almost certainly Hypalon in that time and field but sand a small patch to check with some coarse paper - Hypalon will go matt and maybe dusty but PVC will stay shiny and show scratches.

The only issue is that the tubes are so sun faded that it is hard to tell. It does produce a very small amount of dust

Almost certainly Hypalon. Can you get to the reverse of the material as that’s the other telltale?

Hard to see but it does have a small canopy bit at the front. This seems to be the same material and is black on the reverse thanks
