Lodestar NS380 floorboard

Hello All, I am new to the SIB game. I just purchased a Lodestar NS380 that I think is in really great shape. Except that it is missing the floorboards.

I am looking for a huge favor... I am planning to fabricate some new floorboard out of wood. Does anyone out there have the same boat that they could use to get me some measurements. I know there are extra pieces needed to assemble the floor boards. I am planning on leaving this inflated all summer, so I figure that I can come up with some type of bolt together solution versus the nice H and C channels.

Thank You,

Welcome to Iboats,

Check with Lodestar which seems is a Mercury Quicksilver update the cost of a complete set of alum floor panels. If making wooden bolted floor panels by yourself don't expect to have fun as with original delivered floorboards.

Happy Boating

Hi NI
Roche Marine in the UK Is a Lodestar dealer/spares supplier. I used to own a Lodestar 3DV and purchased spares from them a few years back.

If nothing else, they might be able to point you in the right direction:
Welcome To Roche Marine

Exe treme, Thanks for the contact. Unfortunately, they don't carry floors for this model.

It looks like I will do some guesstimating to fit the floor.

Does anyone have any input on how much the boards should stretch the boat lengthwise?

I think usually the floorboards are put in and pushed down accordion style to make a tight fit. I saw somewhere that someone used a turnbuckle to stretch the floor.
