That oil colour is a worry.
Mine comes out the same colour it went in.
You have water contamination.

ETA Unless it's a Seagull, in which case that would be normal!

Sorry, but 3 motors using same oil can't be wrong. You change the gear oil at how many used hours, using marine gear oil or standard car gear oil ?

When having water intussion, the oil has a milky withish appearance, not yellowish.

The post was all about how you guys changed the lower leg gear oil and where was the old one being collected, not about the used oil condition which has deverted largely from the original theme and flown already over the cuckoos's nest.

Only oil I've seen come out that colour in 40 years has been contaminated with water
I'd say you have 3 engines to be concerned about
