So with the version you fabricated can the OB be put on its side and is the powerhead higher than the leg.
In the YouTube video the powerhead looks lower than the leg and it's not laid on one side.

Not on its side. When it sits in my car. The power head sits higher than the leg. Much like when it’s tilted forward on the transom.

Once it’s in the car. I remove the big wheels. This lowers the leg and also stops it from moving around in transit.

I seem to remember a YouTube video from Eastern Europe posted on here a while back, and was surprised there hadn’t been a version made in the west.

I’m guessing you could still tilt the head to the correct side as well, to full lock if that makes sense?

I think you’ve made a really tidy job of your one.
