new Honwave T38 IE - rear flaps

Just inflated my new Honwave T38 IE (inflatable deck version) and there are now rear tail fins on it, can anyone confirm this? I had just ordered the Honda marine transom wheel kit (curvy poles) so I cancelled the order after realising that I can fit vertical transom wheels now! Quite happy tbh but when/how did this change or do I have an older version perhaps?

Spelling error I think you meant "there are NO rear tail fins?

No you don't have an older version, you have a brand spanking new 2021 version without the transom tabs.
