new member saying hi

Firstly hi to all on the forum im fairly new to all of this but have had two sibs allready in the last six months . my first was a bit of a disaster it was a zodiac 260s when i got it i was told the valves needed replacing so i went ahead and got it. it came with a volvo penta 3.9 outboard . this motor started and ran in a bin full of water but when we drove 250 miles to cornwall to try it found it had no go and was just not up to the job and found the boat still went down after an hour with new valves fitted . on a closer look i found the seams where coming away from the floor and transom so i gave up on this and put it away untill im gend up enough to repair and sell . so after a lot of sweet talk to the wife i have just got an x dive clubs boat dunlop 3.9 m long with trailer and evinrude 1985 15 hp took her up the river 7 yesterday and im now truley hooked she an oldy but goody did my homework this time and it seems to have paid off fingers crossed once again hi to all and hope i havent gone on to much. cheers matt

What is a boat rest?

There is a great amount of good information on this forum about fishing from inflatable boats. The search feature will unlock all sorts of secrets.

Result. A couple of years down the line and you'll be convincing her of the benefits of a 6m Rib with 200hp! Welcome to the forum.
