i was in the same position as you boozyuk, after doing a lot of research i opted for the elling, mainly because of its weight and also because of all the borika mounts on it that come in very useful for fishing. i will be trying mine out for the first time next week, at first just me and the missus then with 4 of us using a tohatsu 9.8, i will report back how it performed with four adults but i must say it will be my first time running a sib so my experience will not count for much advice wise. just so you know, i waited 6 months to get my elling, and it is possible that there will be no more coming into this country this year. there is also a shortage of outboards too. so your first choice of boat and engine might be just a dream this season.
