Old SIB refurb help please

Firstly Hi, new to the forum (I do own a little Avon 310 RIB aswell)
We used to car top our Avon RIB on our Volvo est for weekend fishing trips but that car ended up a tree during the nasty winter conditions here in Northumberland so we now have a Renault Megane Scenic Alize wich wont take her on top, decided to dig out old fold up SIB I got given a couple of years ago to use as a stop gap until a trailer and towbar could be sorted.
The old sib was painted many years ago and now needs a recoat after years of storage but I cant tell if it is PVC or Hyperlon? the craft is about the same size and shape as my 310 rib but was made to take a three piece boarded floor (missing), the 3 valves are black rubber push in with a flap holding the deflate n shaped pin, it has had a proper glued/welded bow spray deck at some time but somebody has cut it off! and the transom board is origonal thick wooden style, it should have push in type spindle rowlocks (also missing) Cant find any makers name or other identification anywhere on her?
I think it may be PVC tubes with a hyperlon base? but would like to be certain before ordering refurb cleaner and paint, can anybody help identify this SIB?
I will try to get a photograph this afternoon weather permitting.
thanks
Phil

If it's the same shape as your Avon, have a look at the rowlocks. If they are the black rubber type like on your rib, the chances are that it's an Avon or Humber. If so, it will be hypalon.
