Tried choke new spark plugs no joy has been on its side that probably wont help

What motor is it? 2 or 4 stroke.i presume its a 2 stroke .I'm on the wirral so could be of help! Have you got a compression tester? once you've got compression 145psi roughly, i'd be looking for a spark . Remove the plug. put it in the HT lead and lean it against the metal cylinder case. As you pull the start cord there will be no compression so its easy to pull. you should see regular sparks.What does the plug look like? Black? Wet? brown? Dry?. I need to know a few more details. Where on the wirral are you? Me w.kirby. Getback to me for help.NIK

Hi nik this motor only got serviced last week the guy lives too far away to nip back wards and forwards, the motor was on its side in my car when i brought it back from servicing that may have something to do with it.
I can try and start motor tomorrow time permitting and i will get back to you as soon as i can, thanks for advice been at wits end all day with it not starting
