A long time ago, we launched a similar boat from Weston-super-mare, but you have to watch the tides very carefully. Portishead is always an option.

100 miles will get you to the South Coast and then you options really do open up significantly. If you want details on South coast locations, you would have to narrow it down a little as there is a huge range.

Have fun

Steve

Baiter carpark Poole has a good slipway,or you can launchfrom its small beach.
Plenty of places to explore from there.
