pressure relief retrofit

Has anyone heard of a pressure relief valve that swaps out with a regular valve? I have a Zodiac Futura 2013 I would probably like it to release around 4.5 - 5psi
I boat in a high heat location so 40 degree variation is quite common from casting off temp and mid day temp. I burp my boat mid day just to make sure Im not to high. This requires a top off if the temp drops off before I get back some times.
My dealer told me to expect a blow out around 5.3psi
P.S. When I travel home I have a 4000 ft pass to cross before going back to sea level. The dealer has had a customer blow out crossing the pass.
I am presuming you would only need one and pay attention how you fill the different sections to have the baffles deflected away from the relief valve.
Thx for any info.

Bravo introduced a combined prv/inflation valve recently. Think it’s only available though in one rating at 4.35psi

Very interesting indeed, thanks for that link. I imagine I’m not lucky enough to have it’s threads match what Futuna’s threads?

I’m in the US so when I get to my desktop I’ll see if they have an email link.
Thanks Again chipko

It seems making a unit that can fit the smallest valve port “adjustable pressure “ and mill adapters for most common valves would be a hit and perhaps a nice little cottage business for some machinest out there.

Do most ribs come with a pressure relief valve installed? Are they every chamber or every other?
