Regluing recommendation Chichester

Hello, I wonder if anyone could recommend someone who can reglue all my grab handles and life lines in Chichester area (I'm based Bracklesham Bay). I tried myself earlier this year and barely lasted the season and doesn't look good either. Have previously been told Jcraft but think he no longer in business as no reply to email or phone. The only time glue never held on a repair was because

I didn't clean enough

or I didn't use the right glue
