Repainting Floor Boards
I'm about to repaint the floor boards.
Anyone here repaint their original marine plywood panels.
Any tips?
20 years ago I threw a thick coat of Tremclad oil paint on the top surface and it held with no chipping.
Was thinking to do the same.

I’ve used rustoleum oil based paint. It soaks in and is hard wearing. I used it on ply floors and ply storage boxes. Don’t use water based, oil is the one.
I’ve watched videos where boat builders use it as well

Sounds like you've got a tried and tested method!
