Repairs on an older Saturn inflatable??

Well, I finally got to take the Saturn out for a day-long trial on the bay (Rondeau). It was kind of rough and the seat mount has pulled away from the tube (pontoon??). Upon closer inspection, the other mounts look suspect as well, like the heat is breaking down the glue that's holding them on. Any ideas on what method and glue I should use to fix them? Thanks for the read and any ideas you might have

I am not a repair guy by any means but hate to leave someone hanging. It looks like it pulled out from underneath. It also looks like it was already taken off and reglued. Check online for a new seat holder. I am seeing them for $9-17 at defender.com, they are listed as seat webbing. Not sure if they ship to Canada and I don't know if they are the same size. You can probably find it elsewhere but they are my go to.
Hard to tell if that one you have is reusable.

There's tons of posts about applying patches to pvc with lots of good info. I find a heat gun works great for removing old glue.

I've seen many of the Saturn rafts fall apart and it could well be heat related. If you are going to glue anything on that boat, you want to use Stabond Glue. You will need to remove the entire piece to repair it. Get all the old glue off. I use a nylon wheel to get it off. Clean it with MEK. Then sand it with an emery cloth sand paper. I like to use an 80 grit belt sander belt cut into pieces. Then apply a thin!! coat of glue on each piece. Let that dry. Then after about an hour, apply another thin coat of glue and get it close to dry. Must be more dry than wet. Then apply and use some pressure to remove air bubbles or excess glue. Apply some heat and apply pressure again. Let it sit overnight. Your done.
