Resealing a Zodiac seam

Just wondering if anyone has resealed a bottom seam on a Zodiac 3m sib or similar.
I'm thinking I need the Polymarine two part uPVC glue but after trying some other glues and tube sealant I'm not wanting to be spending out on products I'm not having success with, as they aren't cheap! Any advice greatly appreciated
Thanks
John

Better send that Sib to a repair shop to handle that type of work. If already experiencing ungluing issues expect to find more at any other part on that Sib...

Happy Boating

Buy the best glue you can. 2 part is the best option.

Physically rip apart what you can with force.

Clean with MEK.

If you fix a small section, another section will come loose over time ... often you'll end up doing the entire hull eventually. Especially with Zodiacs . So be prepared.

All of the old glue must be cleaned off first to prepare the surface. You must also get the correct amount of tension back into the material so that everything is tight when you reassemble the boat. If placement or tension is off , it can cause damage the boat or can lead to failure again once reassembled. The factory flat rate manual shows complete floor installation as a 6-8 hour job depending on exact model.
