Ringo / wakeboard?

So after spending the last few weeks getting used to the boat on local rivers & getting the motor sorted & reliable enough for some inshore fun we took the Zodiac to Lyme Regis, had a fantastic day & now thinking about towable toys, are they too much of a strain on a little dinghy? I'm guessing a wakeboard may be easyer on the boat than a ringo due to the shape?

Kids are arguing the toss between what to get but I wondered if anybody has any views before I dive in & buy something unsuitable

Here's a couple of vids from Saturday, apologies in advance for the newbie bright orange life jackets & Bristolian accents!

I'd forget both (340 + 15 is no good for a wakeboard anyway) and go for a kneeboard - perfect for small SIB's, lightweight, easy to tow and easy to get up on within a few goes. Far more fun and thrills than a ring and you can take it as far as you like regarding tricks, jumps, spins etc.

Ahh, I was picturing a kneeboard not wakeboard but got confused with the name
I agree the kneeboard is more involved & will remain interesting as they learn & progress, my boys also agree but the daughter & wife want a ringo as they are....ummm? Women?
