Hi all,

I was watching the new series of Saving Lives At Sea last night and was intrigued by the Clifden ALB boarding boat.

Upon closer inspection (see photo) it has twin tiller steer outboards. Is this a C-class? If it is, are many of these still in use?

If not, can someone work out what it is?

Alex

I couldn’t say exactly what that is but many stations have a variety of large Avon sibs used as boarding boats.
