Round the Tube Transducer holder

With the older Honwave air floor inflatables they have the tabs sticking out the back which make them difficult to fit a transducer to.

I have done a search and it seems that there are some transducer holders that strap around the back of the tube. I can only seem to find these in the USA.

I was wondering if anyone has used these before and if they are available in the UK

Thanks

Make your own? Luggage strap and cut some rubber floor mat to size.

That looks a good solution. I would like one that is on the side of the tube so that it can be flipped up as you approach a beach or the ramp or in the real shallows. That is a good idea though. Might be a good project for the 3d Printer.

I did make a trial one with 2 joints out of 20mm round nylon rod that strapped on so it angled correctly while not fully below the tube. A quick slacken on the strap slides it up out of the waters reach on the tube.
I dont have trim tabs in the way so didnt go that rout in the end.

I'm sure you can get these with stick on tube mounts

This looks perfect - I'd like one of these but the price would double with the postage from the US:

I guess I could make one with a strap and then loosen-rotate-tighten to put it down/up
