Seamark nunn - customer service 😳
Has anyone else had any problems with this place?
I ordered transom wheels, nuts/bolts to fit, and a few other bits
I originally placed order via there web site, but rang first for advice on bolts length for honwave transom, I was advised 50mm stainless steel. Order was delivered next day.... Very impressed so far
So I then drilled holes in transom to fit wheels, inflated tyres... Then found one was punctured..... Also bolts much too long
Rang seamark nunn who agreed to post new wheel, I agreed to buy new (shorter) bolts.... Still reasonably happy
Wheel was delivered after bank holiday weekend but it was the wrong wheel (solid tyre, incorrect hub diameter, bolts were delivered but too long as others were out of stock)
Another call to seamark nunn, who attempted to make me feel like I was a nightmare customer......to be told manufacturer of transom wheels were sending me a replacement, this should have been delivered, Wednesday.... Then definitely Thursday.... Then Friday.... Still not arrived 😳😳
I've remained patient, until I was told "your an important customer to us, but not our only customer" ....... Well you've got £180 of my cash and I've got defective products
I would return transom wheels at this stage but I have drilled transom and attached with bolts and marine grade sealant
OK.... RANT OVER
but wow, the guy I'm dealing with would not have the same attitude if he was dealing with customers face to face
