Secure Explorer Case to floor

My Bombard C4 has the Zodiac/Bombard railsystem in the floor, I like to use this to secure my (large) Explorer Case. Are there original Zodiac/Bombard parts available to attach straps to the railsystem ?

I secure my Pelicase with some elastic fittings - works really well.
