Just an observation, but Orca outboards are in-house Boatworld brand imported and made in China.
No idea of quality, but you already live in Scotland and we’re not exactly over-run with marine engineers. Go for a main brand outboard would be my advice, one with a decent availability of parts, and identify who’s going to service it for you, or yourself if you’re spanner handy.
I used to run a Zodiac MKIIC GT with 2-stroke 25hp as a nipper, my first boat. Just about manageable with 2 bags. Aluminium floor panels.
Engine in a class of its own, I mean solid, model 25D. Sorry, reminiscing here. If I was going back to a sib, then consider a box trailer. I bought a Indespension single axle 6x4 box trailer with mesh sides for garden waste. Means you can throw everything in the trailer and doesn’t take up much space to store, plus full fold down ramp. Boat and outboard can be stored during winter.
