Hi all . New member to this forum , just bought a waveline350 , it had been stored in garage , a bit grubby in places , what is good for cleaning it up as I am always sceptical on cleaning agents that you buy . Thanks
Cif or as it was called Jif.
My Sib tends to be a bit mouldy in places after a winter under cover on my drive way on its trailer. A bit of elbow grease with a cloth and the abrasive properties of Cif gets into the dimples in the PVC. You can buy specialist tube cleaner but I find Cif works just the same. A quick wash down with some hot soapy water followed by cold water and a dry with a towel afterwards and the jobs a good one!
Look up 303 aerospace protectant and 303 detailer, they are for plastics, rubber etc and get fantastic reviews on amazon. I've been using them on my rib and the boat looks like new after each clean up. It can also be used to bring back the colours of plastics on cars, plenty of good reviews on YouTube too.
