Sibbing around north Wales

Can anyone help out.im finally in a position to give my sib (4.3m quicksilver)and mariner 30 a test run.school holidays are around early June so what I'm after is a site near to a beach that I can take our tourer on and have a play in the boat.Don't mind if I have to travel from the site to the beach so has anyone any suggestions.I have been diving to Trevor pier but can't seem to find any info on launching from there.
Thanks Pete

Wow a tourer and a 4.3m and a 30hp - What do you tug that load with?
Oh and we fancy N Wales for 2013 so will watch with interest. This years holidays are already booked including 10 days on the shore of Windermere.

I seem to remember that last time i went diving there was a body in a little cabin taking payment for launching and checking insurance (which i do have)I also have in the back of my head that a licence of some sort needs to be obtained from the council but i will be buggered if i can find anything on the net.

Try here. Has a great beach, massive sand dunes, boat launching facilities, and a great for kids. Spent a few days there in 2011 and my (now) five and eight year old haven't shut up about it. Oh, dog loved it too.

Just spotted you can't have a tourer at Campsite | Camping | Day Trips | North Wales | Shell Island but you can here Greenacres Caravan Holiday Park | Haven Official Site

Maybe a little over your 3.5hours from Chesterfield but for fresh water theres nothing better with a van than

Hill of Oaks - Lake District Caravans, Holiday Homes & Pitches on the banks of Lake Windermere

Windermere

Pwllheli would be great, the harbour master has a great slipway and there is a campsite called Abererch Sand who take tourers and its less than a 200 yards from the sea and 1/2mile by sea from the rib launching area. Have a look at google maps the harbour masters post code is LL53 5AY, just to the north west of there you will be able to see the site

hello there, have you looked at Trearddur bay Holyhead, we go each year to a temp holiday site at Tyn-Rhos (camping and caravaning club) site approx 1 mile away, we used to have a Yam 380 with a 20hp yamaha all packed away in a 4x4 and caravan plus two kayak's and everything else for the holidays. last year moved to 5.3 ribquest and 90 df (new forum member) noticed your request so joined to answer and also looking at Anglesey cruise (april)
