THEWAVEHUMPER: Yeah I'm about to start putting up wanted ads on various sites like boatsandoutboards, here, and anywhere else I can find really. A few people have offered to keep an eye and ear out down at the marinas and so on, so thanks for that! If you do spot anything in your local papers or whatever, then yeah please let me know, either by a PM, email, or drop into the chat thing.
Keith, for the last time, I WILL be buying a SIB! No need to carry on with your freaky voodoo stuff!
Thanks again,
Matt

It obviously is working Keith, it obviously is.
I've also decided (based upon a suggestion by Mr WaveHumper over there) to see if RI would be interested in an article on a youngun like meself buying their first boat. It's another step towards our goal of having a magazine with articles we'd actually want to read (bonus for all of us there), plus it's another step towards converting it to SIB International, so soon me and Keith will RULE THE WORL.....aha sorry, got a bit ahead of myself there. Must be all that chanting Mr Hart is doing to that doll of his...
Also Keith, I HAVE to get a SIB now, mentioned it to some friends, and they say I must get one. Ah well, can't argue with friends can you...

Matt
Don't worry about the voodoo stuff, the Viking ( Nasty woman I married) made a voodoo doll of Keith hart during the Insurance debate. Despite chanting the Danish National anthem backwards three times and sticking Gaffa tape over the mouth and hands of the doll, it plainly didn't work.
Keith can you be carefulwhat you post in these threads please. Outside of my normal Job I also design and implement conference rooms and AV suites. I tend to do this out of normal working hours and I have just finished a cracker in Portsmouth with a 12 foot diagonal projection screen being powered by a 3000 lumen projector ( bet some of you even know what that means).
It was about 5 minutes ago I was testing the RF keyboards. Walter Trout was blasting through the sound system and I logged into Rib.net, turned the lights down and started going through this thread. Up pops a picture of Bill in his boat remember this is a dark room and the screen is 10 foot tall by 12 foot wide and very bright, that was disconcerting enough but nothing could prepare be for the picture of you , and so close too Halloween too
Thank goodness there wasn't a Thunderstorm
Shaky regards
Stuart

God Bill, he's hard on you. If I was you, I would be questioning his parentheses. You could remind him, bearing in mind his exhortations for us all to go out and buy Rib International, that it's not so long ago, that he was trying to blag free copies on the net, (See thread RIB INTERNATIONAL, post; An urgent and cheeky request.) Go on. Give it 'im.

Or you could just pinch all his bacon sarnies, that'd learn 'im.

(Only joking there Keith, even I'm not that nasty!)
Found another possible SIB (well Ribald found it), drawback being it's on ebay, so I've just got to hope I can win the bidding wars on that one. Emailed the bloke and he says it'll take up to a 15hp, he's been running it with an 8hp and getting about 25mph, though he says the front starts lifting quite a bit, so I'm guessing it'd just need a bit of weighting up there to solve that. I'll know by wednesday/thursday if I've managed to outbid everyone else for that.
Matt (fingers crossed) Brown

Ah, yes. But that was before I saw how good RI was. Now I know it's well worth the money.
