You might be better starting this on a new thread to make sure the ribnet pros don't miss it,
I'm not sure on this outboard but it seems the 9.9hp motors are the same weight as a 15hp, so worth checking, as for the quicksilver they are very nice sibs

The current C3 as offered new in the UK is PVC (Strongan) material. Of course older models or special orders could have been upgraded in Hypalon.
