Not seen a D for a while but as ever crazy value for the capabilities you’re getting for very little money.

That D class was mine, I sold it to him in August for an engineering job on the river Wye he had on.

Nearly 30 years old but mega quality.

If I recall correctly, he gave me £2,450 for it - bargain!

I've seen that on Ebay before earlier this year Yaba but can't remember price or circumstances.

Anyway it's a good chance to get one of the newer Aerotecs and push any glue issues away into the distance.

It has one bid so maybe bon voyage and a white hanky as it goes for someone else to store and not use and not post about trips on this forum.

I digress and am of course talking about my own aerotec sat in storage getting older...

Next year!

Yep it's distinctive as he's done two of the mods mentioned on here... the small patches to stop the seat screws rubbing the tubes... and pulling/gluing the floor straps back to the 'old' position so the floor is tighter.

Thinking more it was an outfit previously with the Suzuki 20efi?

Edit: Ah sussed it... linked on here in June post #633 with the Suzuki and I agreed with 7ommy it was 'big money'... can't remember what the price was but I'm guessing over £3000.

>>>Next year!

Ha that's what we're saying. Outfit has reached the absolute peak of readiness and usability so hopefully next season we'll see more salt water under the tubes.

Time of year perhaps but a bit weird this 2013 Aerotec is hanging about... full outfit with OE wheels, cover and elec pump too...

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bombard-A...kAAOSw1V9dyWSE

He also has a Suzuki 20efi with two tanks, stand and all the paperwork...

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Suzuki-20...EAAOSwDuldyWkI

His start prices look like a deal could be done on either/both as a good buy. The Aerotec in particular given it being one of the latest model before production was stopped.

Happy New Year all. I noticed this in my eBay feed - assumed others would post it here - thought the boat part was pretty good value, tanks/wheels/pump/cover etc all adds up. Bit more attractive now as the boat is no longer being made?

Perhaps as Fenlander says a deal could be had for the outfit, although it’s a heavy engine ;-)

OK so we are probably all thinking of other stuff at the moment but this Yamaha 15hp 2st motor like mine looks interesting...

For anyone in the South this seeme quite genuine and clean... subject to the usual checks of course. Low start price too.

Brand new for the business as I don't have the DIY skills to bring an older one back to tip top condition.

Its for the Aerotec, 25hp yam was a bit heavy. Will I need to lift the transom or can you get away with it?

Funnily enough I love mine and I wondered about upgrading to new to carry me through to probably the end of my boating years. Dealer near me has one and it could be had for "my business".

All a bit the wrong time though with everything going on and the Mrs wants a £1500 dog at the moment too!

Re the transom I had already lifted mine for the Mariner 9.9 I had briefly and the Yamaha dropped straight on that lift height and goes well at that.... so don't know if it would be OK at the standard height.

My lift is this...
