Sneaky couple of hours.

Managed to sneak in a bit of fishing this morning. The wind and sea had died down a bit, it was windier and a bit more swell than was forecast, but nothing we couldn't handle. Anyway it was off to one of our local hotspots, and even with the still fast drifts we where soon into fish.
After a couple of hours it was time to head back, 19 fish between 2.5lb and 4lb, 10 to me and 9 for Ballast.

Back on land I had Ballast posing for a photo, not quite one for the ladies.

No he wasn't being sick, just gutting the fish.

He's very artistic.

Boat ready for the haul home.

You'll soon be round the Brig and off up to Bemton. Plenty of fish coming off the end at the weekend.

Yeah I heard there`s been a few, I mainly target Pollock and bass but wouldn't mind the odd mop or three.
