I'll be there next Thursday.

It will be my usual potter around looking for any ideas to use that I can build myself, plus a little bit of a dream around the Sargos, Targas, Axopars, etc.
Hopefully Sargo will have a 36 Fly there this year, which is my dream boat at the moment.

I'll be there on Monday 16 September 2024 looking to see what's new in the RIB world with absolutely no plans in buying much more than lunch!

I’m going for the second weekend to see how many pairs of free Suzuki-branded bamboo sunglasses I can blagg. Last time I went with my wife and we managed six or seven pairs! I’m going solo this time so no amount of fluttering my eyelashes is going to cut it. She does have her uses! I’ll also be looking for a new drysuit that doesn’t make me look like one of Ken Dodds Diddymen who’s just discovered water sports. Does anybody have a favourite brand they would swear by? I have been advised by a reputable repair guy to steer clear of Crewsaver and go for a Typhoon at the budget end of things. My Musto has started to delaminate after about six seasons, which seems pretty good going considering the abuse they get.

To be fair, all of my crewsaver stuff has lasted and worn well. I've a pair of neoprene kayaking shoes that are probably 15 yrs+. Can't comment on the dry suits though.
