Suggestion on new motor

I recently purchased a 15 ft aluminum inflatable boat and would like to buy a 20 HP motor. Definitely, I would prefer to have the manual and electric start option. However, I am wondering if it is recommended for this type of boat to also get the electric trim and tilt option since this will be a one-time investment.

Any suggestions will be appreciated as I am new to boating.

Thanks."

Power trim is a real nice addition & no reason why you shouldn't have it as long as your not lifting the engine about regularly as it does add a fair bit of weight. Presumably you have somwhere to fit a battery.

Thank you. I am able to locate a Tohatsu with all these features at a great price and lower weight. The Yamaha is more expensive and heavier.

Is Tohatsu a reliable unit?
Thanks

I like Yamaha stuff but nothing particularly wrong with tohatsu who actually make many of the smaller mercury/mariner engines
