I have a suzumar but not a manual. Setting up the floor is quite easy.
1. have the tubes semi inflated
2. but the floor pieces in the following order a) bow b) stern c) two middles (they will make a pyramid squeezethem down)
3) place the side bars (be carefull the short one opposite a long one)
4) make micro arrangements so that panels sit symmetrical
5) inflate tubes in a go around steps
