Towing Inflatables with a honwave T-25

i have a honwave T-25-AE3 with a BF6 Outboard, i was wondering if it would have enough power to tow one of these with one passenger and myself in the boat no extra weight.

It will tow it but not on the plane* which is what most folks seek.

*Well not unless there is some sort of miracle outside my sibbing experience.

Hi and welcome, as Fenlander has alluded too, it will tow but at displacement speed only.
I doubt it would be much fun for either the passenger on the inflatable or the person on the tiller trying to control the T25.

Also likely to be a case of the tail wagging the dog too.
