When packing away for the winter today I took some photos to demo the Aerotec (and any other SIB) pack to get it to size as discussed in post #15 above.

To make sure the order's correct one image per post.

Cans as weights just to keep it still for these images. This was done single handed.

First valves all pushed in... valve caps removed and a natural deflate...

Next unroll and start again neatly keeping tubes folded in a little narrower than transom.

Place centrally onto bag (OE in this case) and pull up the three thinner straps first...

Finally pull in the other three straps. The size of this pack is 117x72x30. The maker's stated size is 115x72x39 so it is possible to meet the overall re-pack dimensions.

Thanks, very good demo! Looks like I was too shy with folding the tubes in after initial deflation. I'll get over the "new toy" feeling and fold them well.
I finally got the wheels (and some TCW3), so hopefully assembly next Saturday.
Problem was with the courier company, not with the sender.
I'm just jealous for now, all being well, next Sunday might be on the water!
