Up river with the Aerotec
I'm finally sorting out some pictures from last summer, and here are a few of the Aerotec at a slightly more relaxed pace than usual.
We have a share in a river cruiser on the Thames, and decided that we needed a tender. So I took the SIB down to Kieron at RIB shop to get some rowlocks fitted, and bought a little 5hp outboard to avoid the temptation of getting into trouble by roaring up and down the river.
The kids enjoyed it, and spent quite a lot of time being towed in the SIB pretending to drive.

We went on an intrepid expedition, leaving the Thames to head up the River Thame to Dorchester. A bit shallow in places, and more overgrown than it was went I was last there about ten years ago, but we made it

No, the big boots that made such an impression on you are alas no more. I was mostly wearing big sandals. Without socks.

Shame, that thing used to fascinate me. I couldn't work out why anyone would want to take the engines out of something that sexy for more living space when I'd have happily slept between them...
