Velcro/PVC glue

Has anyone got a recommendation for which glue I should use to stick/glue a piece of velcro to my PVC Airdeck?

I've not had a lot of luck glueing velcro, it stays for a while but eventually comes away. Even sticky back velcro comes away. The velcro I've used is nylon based so if you find something which adheres to nylon come back and let us know.

Where possible I've sewn it to boat fabric and glued the fabric. It can be very difficult to sew through glue if it is glued first so I try not to do that.

No need for glue, just sew it with a nylon upholstery thread using a #18 needle.

Hi Peter, I want to attach it to an Airdeck! Sewing it may let out all the air!

First you sew it to a piece of material, then glue the material to the air floor. You can clearly see the black thread on the red material. The Velcro circle on the tube is first sewed to a patch, then the patch is glued to the tube.
