what floor / keel paint to use?

Hello Gents / Ladies,

After much breaking of wood in the existing keel and floor (old and needing replaced when i bought it ) i am going to make new one's, am pondering on what i should use for floor paint and the keel (mine has a plywood keel) as the keel is normaly wet due to rain and waves im not sure what is best to use to seal this from the moisture, epoxy sealer, epoxy primer then epoxy topcoat, but which ones? i was also thinking of using protecta-kote for the floor top but am not sure what to use on the underside of the ply floor or how i should build this up, i have searched the archives and am still curious to what people have used.

the boat will stay inflated and decked permanantly unless i break something and it will get water in it.

there for i am open to suggestion by you all.

cheers Jonny
