What type of filler do you use to restore Marine Plywood

A corner needs to be filled , sanded and painted.

Which brands work?

And which don't.

Cosmetic or taking any kind of load?

Personally, my default would be P40 fibreglass filler. Most wood fillers are mostly designed to absorb stain rather than be resilient.

Only concern would be going back to what sort of stresses would it be under as you mention a corner? P40 is still going to be about as good as it gets but even that has its limits.

What and where the damage is makes a difference to how the repair should be done. If it is only a cosmetic repair, any good quality 2 part epoxy filler will do a good job (Rustins, Ronseal or P40) providing the preparation work is done correctly. All rotton, soft wood needs to be cut out at least 15% more than any visable damage. A wood preservative needs to be applied and left for 24hrs. Sand back the area with 80 grit to remove any wood preservative residue and to provide a good key for the epoxy filler.

Which filler?
If it's not of consequence why fill it?? If it is ....Do it properly.
Replace it
Marine ply isn't very expensive after all.

My issue is the removing and reinstalling H channels.

I bought an OKOUME panel and replaced one so far. Super light
