She tasted "SALT" today
Great day today Totnes down to Dittisham for some lunch and a pint of course. Only 6 knots but saw some wonderful wildlife, didn't know seals could jump so high out of the water!
From Dittisham down to Dartmouth, took a look at the sea and thought not for me. Obviously the aftermath of the storms of the past few days, but it was still pretty rough especially at the mouth of the Dart. Back upto Totnes against the current and the wind but the sun was out. All in all a brilliant day. Even thought of Fenlander when I heard the halyards clanging against masts and tasted the salt air down towards Dartmouth
