My sib is stored outside and inflated vertically.
Will the winter weather like the frost and snow that is currently forecast have any detrimental effect on it (pvc, joints, glue etc)
Presumably you have it standing to it doesn’t fill with rain/snow. Plenty of ribs survive use in very cold weather (even the Antarctic) without adverse effects. She might look a bit limp in the cold - beware of the temptation to top up the air… unless it had pressure release valves then in a week or so time that cold damp air you just put it is going to expand and put excessive pressure on it.

Heat & UV is more damaging than cold & dark, it'll be fine.

Hi Tommy, the only thing I would add is to ensure that the secondary valve seal/cap is well fitted.
Nothing to do with a sib, but last winter my air awning (caravan) valve froze solid when it had water in it. When I came to top up the pressure I snapped the cross bar in the valve as it was so brittle.
