Just upgrades to the above, which seems a great sib
But the transom wheels don't look right, has anyone any thoughts

they are on backwards, they should curve under the boat, have you checked for clearance with engine fitted?

Not had a chance yet, but looks like it would be very tight, will move them over and down a bit for maximum outboard clearance

Make sure to use a good marine grade filler/sealant for the redundant holes if you have any? Someone here will tell you what exactly, its a splashy area and water has a way of getting in!
